Working Hours:
Full-time, 5-day week
(early and late shifts, weekend service)
Your Responsibilities:
- Acceptance, booking, and confirmation of room reservations and events
- Check-in, Check-out
- Handling reservations
- Cross-departmental communication with housekeeping, service, and management
- Complaint Management
- Internal database maintenance
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a hotel specialist or similar
- Professional experience
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late)
- Resilience to stress and multitasking ability
- Loyalty, honesty, and teamwork skills
- Good English skills
Advantageous:
- Further foreign language skills
- Knowledge of Protel Air software
- Driver’s license (Class B) and own car or equivalent alternative
